How can I get a refund?

Because in-app purchases and subscriptions are all done through the App Store, only you have access to the subscriptions under your account. To protect your privacy, we only receive anonymized data about subscriptions and therefore cannot manually cancel or refund them.
If you are having problems with the app, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@heartify.io and we will do our best to help.
The general policy with most App Store apps is that when you sign up for a subscription, you can review and accept the subscription terms. After that, once you receive the subscription content, the subscription is deemed valid and refunds are not usually offered. In that case, you can still cancel your subscription to prevent future billings.
Because subscriptions are managed by Apple and we do not have any access to your billing data, we cannot cancel or refund any subscriptions manually. You can try to get in touch with Apple and they will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

When you sign up for a Heartify subscription, you can first review the full terms before confirming your billing details.
In case of any issues or bugs, we urge you to first get in touch with our support team at support@heartify.io and we will do our best to resolve the problem. If you still want a refund, you can go to the payment provider that you used to purchase.
For Paypal, you can sign in to your PayPal account and find all refund options inside.
You need to request the refund within 24 hours since the trial or subscription has been started. Refunds requested later than that period are not usually provided.
