I made a purchase on the web, how do I activate it in the app?

Congratulations on getting your premium membership! All that’s left now is to install the app so that you can access your measurements anywhere.

  1. First of all, make sure that you have set a password for your account right after subscribing. This password will be used to connect your account to the app.
  2. Install the Heartify app from the App Store.
  3. Open the app and complete the onboarding process. When you are offered to purchase the subscription, you can go ahead and skip that screen.
  4. Tap the cogwheel icon to open the Settings.
  5. Tap Sign in to Account
  6. Enter the email and password that you chose right after subscribing.
Managing your subscriptions
