I never set a password and can’t sign in

After making a purchase via the web, you will be asked to create an account and set a password for accessing your data. This account will work both in the web and in the iOS app.

If you’ve purchased a subscription but didn’t set a password, don’t worry, we’ve still got you!

  1. Tap the Forgot password link.
  2. You will receive an email at the address you used during purchase.
  3. Tap the link in the email and then set a new password.

You should now be able to sign in in your browser or in the iOS app.
