I have uninstalled the app but I am still being charged

Like with any other app, Apple does not cancel your subscription automatically if you uninstall the app. Because Apple does not let us know if you’ve uninstalled, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it for you automatically. To cancel the subscription manually:

1) Open App Store on your phone

2) Tap your avatar and go to Subscriptions.

3) Choose Heartify and tap Cancel Subscription.
