The app says my device is connected but I don’t see any measurements

There may be two causes:
  • Your device might not support HRV measurements
  • Or you didn’t give the required permissions.

To make sure the app has all the necessary permissions:
  1. Open the Health app
  2. Go to the Sharing tab and scroll down
  3. Tap Apps
  4. Find Heartify in the list and tap on it
  5. Make sure all the permissions are enabled.
  6. Return to Heartify and pull down on the dashboard screen. The synchronization icon should appear at the top and your measurements will appear in a minute.
