User Acquisition Lead

What will you be doing:

  • Define and build a general User Acquisition strategy: countries, budgets, channels, and products.
  • Building media buying strategies and techniques based on past performance of assigned User Acquisition networks.
  • Measuring and forecasting the key metrics based on past performance and set KPIs.
  • Creating, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns for our iOS apps & web2app in Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Adwords, Apple Search ads, etc. (from us - big budgets and diverse projects (from health & fitness to ed tech).
  • Maintaining communication with key partners. Google, Apple, Facebook - these are not just cool brands; these are the people we communicate with every day to achieve our goals and solve complex problems.
  • Communicating with the product team.
  • Working with the creative team. Shoulder to shoulder, you will create and test various creatives - develop ideas, propose hypotheses, monitor implementation, and give feedback.[
  • Analysis of marketing and product indicators and search for ways to improve them.
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in buying traffic for mobile apps for more than 1 years.
  • Experience with Google Adwords/Facebook for 2 years.
  • Proficient with Excel (vlookup, index and pivot table functions).
  • English at Intermediate level and above.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • There is skill in working with large amounts of data.
  • Ability and willingness to learn at a high level.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team.
  • Intermediate English or higher.

A big plus, but not required:

  • Experience in the Health & Fitness.
  • Managerial experience
