The Role

This is the role for someone who lives and breathes web funnels. You'll own quizzes, landing pages, onboarding flows, and paywalls across our product portfolio — generating hypotheses, running experiments, and optimizing every step to maximize conversion and revenue. You'll work at the intersection of product and marketing: close enough to UA to understand what's being bought, and sharp enough to turn that into funnel experiences that convert.

What you'll do

  • Own web funnels across our product portfolio — quizzes, landing pages, onboarding flows, paywalls
  • Generate hypotheses nonstop and test them
  • Work closely with the UA team — understand where traffic comes from, what pain points resonate, what messaging lands — and turn all of that into funnel structure and content
  • Write sharp UX copy for every funnel screen: headlines, quiz questions, CTAs, value props
  • Live in the analytics: conversion rates, cohort behavior, retention curves, revenue per funnel. You'll know exactly what's working and what's leaking
  • Own funnel-level unit economics — make sure every funnel pays for itself
  • Manage funnels across multiple products and verticals — different niches, different audiences
  • Sync with Product Managers to make sure the funnel experience and the core product tell the same story

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in a Growth PM, Product Marketing, or Conversion-focused role where web funnels were your main thing
  • You've actually built and optimized funnels — quizzes, multi-step pages, paywall screens — not just analyzed someone else's
  • A/B testing is your default mode, not a nice-to-have. Hypothesis → test → analyze → iterate, on repeat
  • You understand performance marketing (Meta, Google, Apple) well enough to know how traffic arrives and what users expect when they land — you're not buying media, but you get the mechanics
  • Comfortable with segmentation, cohorts, and retention analysis
  • Familiar with AppsFlyer, Amplitude, GA, Stripe, RevenueCat, GrowthBook, Firebase or similar analytics tools
  • You think in unit economics

  • Not a UA / media buying role — you don't run ad campaigns
  • Not a classic product role — you're not building app features or managing a technical roadmap
  • Not managing marketing — you work with them, receive acquisition context, and turn it into funnel wins
